The JAZE Foundation commissioned a website to showcase a collection of artists' works in a graphics intensive environment. The project was transferred to Darkharp Designs after arrangements with the initial developer stalled. The site was developed using Flash and Actionscript. A prototype version of the site is archived here and can be experienced by clicking the link in the project details.
The clients were excited to showcase certain works in their collection and to provide accompanying information about the artists. This project predates modern HTML5 and Bootstrap, which offers portfolio type displays more efficiently. This project is an interesting juxtaposition of modern technique and previous technology mirroring the same functionality and illustrates the evolution of front end design. The functional prototype of the original site is viewable at the link in details left. Shockwave and Flash players are necessary to view the archived site.
